The Turbojet with UV lamp is a compact internal filter that brings together, in a single unit, conventional filtration and ultraviolet water treatment. The result is clearer water, with fewer suspended micro-algae and fewer circulating microorganisms.

IDEAL FOR LOW-WATER TURTLE TANKS

Thanks to its compact design, it is especially suited to turtle tanks with a low water level, where it helps tackle the most common problems: cloudy water, green water and bad odours. It is also suitable for aquariums and paludariums up to 70 litres.

HOW IT WORKS

• Mechanical filtration: the filter cartridge traps suspended particles and debris.
• UV treatment: the water flowing through the filter passes the UV lamp, which acts on the micro-algae that cause green water and on the microorganisms present in the water.

USAGE TIPS

• Install the filter fully submerged and never switch it on out of the water.
• Clean or replace the filter cartridge regularly to maintain a good flow rate.
• Never look directly at the UV lamp while it is on.
