Shipping Options
In-Store Pickup
You can pick up your order directly at our facilities at no cost. To do this, simply select the "In-Store Pickup" method when finalizing your order. Wait for the email notification confirming that your order is ready for pickup. After receiving this notification, you will have a period of 2 days to pick up your order.
Portugal and Spain: Prices based on order value
For mainland Portugal and Spain, we offer special prices based on the total value of your order.

Orders exceeding 75€ are automatically eligible for free shipping. However, due to the special packaging needs of some items, packaging costs may apply.

For the rest of Europe, we offer shipping based on weight, with two distinct tariff zones.
IMPORTANT: We do not ship live food or frozen food outside of mainland Portugal and Spain.

Shipping Policies
Product Shipping
All shipped orders are covered by the insurance required by law. If the package shows visible damage at the time of delivery, immediately inform the courier and, if necessary, record the occurrence on the delivery note (ask the courier for instructions if you have any doubts).
After opening the order, check if the products are damaged or incorrect and document the situation with photographs. Send us the images along with all relevant information, and we will take care of activating the insurance with the carrier to proceed with the refund or sending replacement products.

Live Food Shipping
Shipping live insects is one of the biggest logistical challenges we face. Being live animals, additional precautions are necessary to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition. To ensure freshness, all live food is packaged on the day of shipment.
NOTE: Live food shipments are available only for mainland Portugal and Spain. We do not ship live food to other European countries.
All shipments made through the Guaranteed Live Delivery service are covered by the Live Delivery Guarantee.
If you receive live food in poor condition, you have 2 hours after reception to request the Activation of the Guarantee. We will then credit the amount corresponding to the losses. You can make the request through the following form: Activation of Live/Frozen Delivery Guarantee.
If you choose a shipping method without Guaranteed Live Delivery, we cannot assume any responsibility for losses occurring during transport.

Frozen Food Shipping
NOTE: Frozen food shipments are available only for mainland Portugal and Spain. We do not ship frozen food to other European countries.
Similar to live food, all shipments made through the Guaranteed Frozen Delivery service are covered by the Frozen Delivery Guarantee.
If you receive frozen food in poor condition, you have 2 hours after reception to request the Activation of the Guarantee. We will then credit the amount corresponding to the losses. You can make the request through the following form: Activation of Live/Frozen Delivery Guarantee.

Shipping Days
We ship from Monday to Friday for all orders in stock, finalized and paid by 3 PM on the same day.
We do not ship live food or frozen food on Fridays or on days before holidays, except when explicitly requested by the customer.
