Where Are We Located
Our facilities are located at Rua de Gulpilharinhos, 235 in Gulpilhares, Vila Nova de Gaia. However, we only offer in-person service by appointment. Previously placed orders can be picked up Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 5:30pm without an appointment.
What Payment Options Do You Offer?
Currently, we accept payments by Bank Transfer, PayPal, MBWay or Credit Card, or, in the case of in-hand deliveries/pickups, cash payment.
What Shipping Options Do You Offer?
At Vivum, we strive to provide you with the most convenient methods so you can receive your orders at home with maximum comfort and quality.
IMPORTANT: We do not ship live food or frozen food outside of mainland Portugal and Spain.
Delivery Options
In-Hand Pickup
You can pick up your order directly from our facilities at no cost. To do this, simply select the "In-Hand Pickup" method when finalizing your order. Wait for the email notification confirming that your order is ready for pickup. After receiving this notification, you will have 2 days to complete the pickup.

Orders exceeding €75 are automatically eligible for free shipping. However, due to the special packaging needs of some items, packaging costs may apply.

We do not offer cash on delivery.
Is It Possible to Pick Up Orders at Your Facilities?
Yes, it is possible. You can pick up your order directly from our facilities at no cost. To do this, simply select the "In-Hand Pickup" method when finalizing your order. Wait for the email notification confirming that your order is ready for pickup. After receiving this notification, you will have 2 days to complete the pickup.
How Can I Know When I Will Receive My Order?
The shipping of orders is primarily conditioned by 2 factors: stock availability and the date/time of payment receipt.
Generally, for orders with available stock products and whose payment has been made by 3pm, the order is processed on the same day and delivered according to the selected shipping method (We do not ship Live or Frozen Food on Fridays or on the eve of holidays).
For orders of products that are not in stock, the shipping date may be delayed by up to 10 business days. If there is no forecast for restocking the ordered product, the customer will be informed of this situation as soon as possible.
Do Your Products Have a Warranty?
Yes. All products in the "Products" category, except consumable items, are covered by their respective warranties.
I Have Questions About the Maintenance of the Live Food I Bought. Can I Contact You for Help?
We provide on our website, on the respective page of each food item, a basic care guide for it. If you still have questions, we are at your disposal to clarify any remaining doubt.
I Have Questions About the Best Live/Frozen Food for My Animal, Can You Help Me?
Yes! We have extensive experience and knowledge regarding the use of the most suitable foods for a considerable number of species and will have no problem indicating the most suitable foods for your pet. Feel free to send us your questions and we will answer them as quickly as possible!
I Received a Live/Frozen Food Order That Didn't Arrive in the Best Condition, What Can I Do?
All shipments made through the Guaranteed Live Delivery or Guaranteed Frozen Delivery service are covered by our guarantee.
If you receive live or frozen food in poor condition, you have a period of 2 hours after receipt to request Activation of the Guarantee. We will then credit the value corresponding to the losses.
You can make the request through the following form: Activation of Live/Frozen Delivery Guarantee. Include all necessary photographic evidence (exterior of the order with the respective label, interior of the package and of the affected food).
IMPORTANT: If you choose a shipping method without Guaranteed Live/Frozen Delivery, we cannot assume any responsibility for losses that occur during transport.
